Tour Times and Instructions:
An itinerary and your tickets will be emailed to you at the address provided in the booking form. The itinerary will provide specific details regarding tour times and your hotel pick up ( where applicable ).

Specific instructions for Boat Charters and Dive Activities will be sent to you, as well as our telephone contact information that you may wish to have once you are here.

If you are coming to the Dominican right away, or are already here, please send us an email and we will arrange to meet you at your hotel to provide you with the necessary documentation. You may also phone us at the number you will be provided with when you have successfully booked with Top3Tours.

Refunds and Alternate Arrangements Policy

(1) Early Cancellation: You may choose to cancel your booking at any time by contacting Top3Tours 72 hrs or more before the pickup time indicated on your itinerary, Top3Tours will immediately send you a full refund.

(2) Late Cancellation: You may choose to cancel your booking between 72 hrs and 24 hrs before the pickup time indicated on your itinerary by contacting Top3Tours. Late cancellations qualify for an immediate refund of $40 per adult, with the exception of the Paradise Island VIP excursion which qualifies for a $100 refund per adult, and any Fishing excursion which qualifies for a $50 refund per person. Child refunds are calculated at 1/2 of the adult refund for the appropriate excursion.

(3) Alternate arrangements: If you decide that you cannot take your excursion on the date you have booked and wish to change it to an alternate date or excursion, you must contact Top3Tours no less than 24 hrs before the pickup time indicated on your itinerary. Top3Tours will make every effort to arrange an alternate date or excursion of your choosing. The sooner you notify Top3Tours the better your chances are of finding space on an alternate date or excursion. In the event that no suitable alternate date can be found that you are comfortable with, items (1) or (2) above will apply, determined by when you contacted Top3Tours.

(4) Failure to appear: In the event that you fail to appear at the pick up location as indicated on your itinerary without contacting Top3Tours no less than 24 hrs in advance of your pickup time, no refund will be given.

Weather Guarantee
Top3Tours Weather Guarantee: For your safety and comfort, our tours that go out on the seas do not operate in bad weather. If your tour is cancelled by Top3Tours and we cannot arrange an alternate date or excursion that you are comfortable with, Top3Tours will give you an immediate and full refund.
It is advisable that you remain in contact with us if the weather looks bad. If the weather changes or for some other reason the tour is cancelled, we will email you as soon as we are aware of the cancellation.
If you can, please send us an email with your room number when you are all checked in at your hotel. This way we can telephone you with any cancellation notices or changes. If the weather looks bad or you just want to re-confirm that the tour is going out, please be sure to call us at the number provided on your itinerary.
